Lara Croft Tomb Raider 2003 — Filmyzilla

If you grew up in the early 2000s, there’s a good chance that Lara Croft: Tomb Raider (2003) was one of your first introductions to video game movies. Starring Angelina Jolie in her iconic dual-pistol-wielding role, the film brought the legendary Square Enix (then Eidos) character to life long before the 2018 reboot with Alicia Vikander.

Lara Croft races against time to find the mythical Pandora’s Box before it falls into the hands of a rogue scientist (Ciarán Hinds) and a ruthless villain (Gerard Butler in an early role). The journey takes her from submerged temples in Greece to the volcanic plains of Africa.
